Crew Resource Management for Aeroplane and Helicopter Operations (CRM)
EU-OPS and ICAO CRM requirements and recommendations compliant
These two separate courses based on the EU OPS and 2 requirements respectively, aim to ensure that crews are able to make the best use of all the facilities that are available to them. Intense emphasis during this course is placed on the non-technical aspects of flight crew performance along with the effective utilisation of all available resources, so as the participants will conduct their duties by achieving safe and efficient flight operations.
