Quality Management Systems and Principles for Aviation (QMS)
This course increases the participants’ understanding of cost analysis and obtains the resources they need to develop and implement a QMS. They also gain the essential leadership skills to implement and operate a successfully tailored QMS, by being able to identify key points in order to demonstrate the value of a proper quality system to the Accountable Manager, postholders and senior executives of their organisation.
